I am 21 years old boy. I have been mastubating since last 8 ,9 years i mastubate 8 to 9 times a week Yesterday i have done sex but i was not enjoying the sex with my girl i fucked her for more than half an hour but semen doesnit discharged finally i loosed errection of my penis so i quiet now its been one day and i havnot feeled errection please help i have a healthy life style i go to gym regularly i never take articifical suplliments i only consums eggs abd ashwgandha, gokshura , shilajit
