  4. Penis does nt go down. Kind of problem.

Penis does nt go down
Whenever i get an erection, my penis gets erected facing upward. I tried moving it downward bt it moved very little and if i tried to force more it kinda slightly pains....is this normal or is this some kind of problem. Note:-i have never had sex bt i discovered masturebation when i was around 8 yrs old...plz help...
