Dr. I have issue from 3 days my penis can't tight when i go for sex to my wife no feelings come to penis i am feeling so bad and i try masturbate then penis got tight and working but when i go to sex nothing happen to my penis and on top side penis i feel little sweet itching so please help me out what happen to me or penis
