I am 23 years of age ,As i have noticed that my penis is bent when it gets erected , i am really very scared.please i would require your guideince and does it effect my future family planning ?

Bent penis (chordee) needs correction if more than 30 degrees or if causing problems in intercourse. This can be done by surgery in which the convex side is plicated or concave side is released to lengthen it. Consult a urologist with a pic of penis in erect state. Good luck.
