Dear Sir/Madam, I have been posted many questions related to my health condition earlier and I got replies too. Now I would like to know based on my blood tests hsv and HIV is negative. But still my penis looks abnormal. I feel itchy and tingling often. I have attached pics. Is it herpes? Please guide me. How to resolve it. Thanks in Advance
