Had unprotected sex 2 months ago and after 3-4 days developed 2 pimples on glans next to eachother and they didnt pain at all....went to urologist and he did urine culture and came positive for e coli given nitrofurantoin ....he said it wasnt herpes got herpes test then nd even after 2 months everytime IGG ND IGM came negative....is it that i have herpes??

Mostly it's not herpes infection.. usually herpetic lesions are painful...do not panic...but now in future do not have unprotected intercourse with unknown female..
