Penile pain

Asked for Male, 17 Years

Since last night, the shaft of my penis is the location of pain, which is only evident when pressure is applied to that area. The symptoms are a tingling and burning sensation when that septic area is touched. When that area is not being touched, it feels tender and perhaps heavier. To be clear this is the shaft of my penis, not my balls.
