My penis has been narrowed from the middle of shaft. It pains from there at the time of ejaculation and sometime during erection. It feels inflammed sometimes.

Hello..... If penile urethra is narrowed you must be facing difficulty I'm urination and ejaculation. A catheter is passed into urethral patency... If it's real bend then doctor will do surgery to correct it... If there is inflammation pus cells will be there is urine. Consult general surgeon. Get yourself examined.
