Penile numbness
So I was having sex with my gf so after sex she started cleaning my penis with wet tissue so she simply squeezed my penis too hard that I felt a sharp burning sensation in my penis head after which was gone after 2 mins but now I feel penile numbness and upper thigh pain
Should it heal by it self? Other than this there is no other symptom
