Penile infection, white spots foreakin
Hello,
I am having white spots under foreskin for past 4 weeks. Yesterday, I felt swelling on foreskin and itching. It causes itching when trying to pull the foreskin back. Please advise how to treat it.

It's probably smegma--- normal secretions from foreskin undersurface
If u r sexually inactive for long period and u don't retract ur fpreskin while bathing to clean, the smegma tends to accumulate under foreskin.
However u need to consult a urologist to confirm this.
If it's indeed smegma then it may not go away immediately as it might have become stuck to skin. Clean the area 3 times a day with mild soap ...
