When I was 12 i open first time my foreskin and touched glance area i feel tingling sensation and minor pain still i feel that situation and when penis erection and glance area is touch with any kind of cloth underwear or blanket the sensation is very high i feel uncomfortable too much. When I tried to Intercourse with i got ejaculation on just inserting penis into vagina, sometimes I got ejaculated during wearing condoms it happens with me multiple time I want to know is it penile hypersensitivity or something else is there any test to check hypersensitivity of penis and treatment plan for that issues
