Penile forehead inflammation
Had sexual intercourse a couple of days . Since then forehead of the penis ( below foreskin ) is reddish and itchy. It has white secretions around . When cleaned the forehead is red . Don't want to personally see a doctor. Kindly advise if applying soframycin will be ok ?
