Penile cancer
I hv diagnosed penis foreskin carcinoma situ with no invasive and cut edge free from the tumor (Biopsy report) and circumcision done and as per the doctor advised CT MRI and PET CT done. No spread... The surgeon said no need to worry.   Here after any chances to spread to lymph nodes etc.. If yes how.. After removed a part how can spread... Pl.clearify.

When removed at a stage of carcinoma isn situ, the recurrences chance are very less. So u need not.worry. please follow.up.with ur surgeon every 3.months for first 2 yrs and then every 6months for next 3 years
