Penile cancer
I have a small lump on the head of my penis. The size of it is about 2mmx2mm. It appeared suddenly in the morning. I am a 21 year old male who was circumcised at the age of 3. So could this lump be a sign of penile cancer.

You need to be seen clinically . You mentioning circumcised I believe is you would have read that it provides protection which is correct but it is 100 percent when done at birth and is not the same when done later so I would suggest to see a surgeon first and if required biopsy on basis of clinical suspicion.
