Can gynecologist tell that one is pregnant by pelvic ultrasound? I had sex on 8/19, ran home pregnancy tests on 8/31(2w after intercourses) and 9/8(3w after intercourses) both result negative. I went to see gyn and was diagnosed with PCOS. I was prescribed with Duphaston to help me get back on my period. I just wonder are there still chances that I'm actually pregnant? cause I didn't get a blood test for pregnancy. can gyn tell that i'm pregnant or not base solely on pelvic ultrasound alone?
