How should I detect that if I have PCOD OR PCOS, if my pelvic reports are normal. Any blood test? Or checkup?

This ultrasound is totally normal ...both the ovaries are normal and so this doesn't say that you have Polycystic ovarian syndrome ... however if you feel so .you can discuss it with me directly online... maybe your clinical features are suggestive that you might develop it in future..
