My IuI cycle is got cancelled but dr gave me trigger yesterday hcg 7500 iu and there was one follicle on right side 20 mm and now today right side I am havin severe pain what can I do for this plz suggest

Its be coz of rupture of follicle ..take tab meftalspas to relive pain n maintain relation alternate day for 20 the day of menses
