Pelvic pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I've been having pelvic pain while defecating and after urination during my periods. I didn't have stomach cramps during periods until last 1 year. Pelvic,transvaginal and abdomen usg normal.urine culture normal.candida on high vaginal swab culture & sensitivit due to vaginal itching but treated. Given azithral 500,tido and af 150 after the usg reports but the symptoms still there.
