I've been having deep pelvic pain on my right side for about 3 or 4 weeks. I feel it most acutely at night: sometimes the pain is dull and achy, other times it feels like pulling. I can feel it sitting or laying down. My gyno dismissed it as possible mittelschmirtz, but it's been going on for weeks. Tests for pregnancy and STD's are all negative. But I feel it when I sneeze or cough. I feel pressure or fullness sometimes, but this morning after emptying my bladder, I suddenly leaked a little bit
