Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had an ultrasound scan The results came indicating i had a simple ovary cyst and a free fluid in pod Ovary cyst measured 2.67×2.33×3.01 And the left ovary not visualised I wonder if am in danger I had the left pelvic pain for about 3 months And am still on that pain
