Hi doctor
I did pelvic MRI and i have attched report here. There is adnexal mass but i dont have any symptoms of it. I also did CA 123 test and report is negative. Doctor has suggested me laproscopy for cyst and he said if fallopian tube is having sweeling or if it is damaged the need to remove it. I want pregnancy and i am depressed to know that there are 50% chance of getting pregnant naturally. Is laproscopy really required?

Both the reports are suggesting Left side Hydrosalpinx . Ovaries are seen separately.
The size of Hydrosalpinx is about 150 ml which is quite big and it also shows that Lt Fallopian tube is useless.
It will have to be removed.
Ca125 is for ovarian malignancy. But in your case the mass is separate from ovaries. So we don't expect Ca125 to be affected.
When you are Ovulating, then there are all the chances that you may become pregnant.
Be positive.
