Pelvic, lower abdomenal & thigh pains
I am suffering with pelvic and lower abdomen pain from past one month and from two weeks I am suffering with lower back, and thigh pain, morning pain is very less and by evening I even suffer to stand, sit and walk, my urine flow is good, there is varicocele found in scrotal Doppler, but I heard that scrotal varicocele will not have this many symptoms, I read something about Pelvic congestion syndrome and I feel that all symptoms are exactly same, can you please suggest.
