Pelvic inflammatory disease. Bangalore?

In December I had severe UTI. Since January I get chills before my periods and every time I'd think I had UTI. I used to get antibiotics prescribed for 3 days and this went on till April11 when I got my period. This time again I got chills on 4th May for 2 nights and I got periods on 6th. I didn't take any antibiotic.Got urine culture and microscopy results negative yesterday. I have very tender right side lower back pelvic area and painful if touched. Today evening I got shiver/chill feeling even on the left side. Me and my husband are trying sex in the fertile window since last 3 months but nothing happened. But, before 2 years I got naturally pregnant in one try. Unfortunately, that pregnancy had to be aborted due to the NTD defect. This has made me believe I have an infection, mostly PID. What are my chances of becoming pregnant again naturally. Any doctor recommendation who can check me properly for PID in Bangalore?
