Pelvic inflammatory disease
I found in usg that i have pid.. Free fluide notice in pod and pcos.. And slightly enlarge liver.. I take many medicine but doesn't work.. uterus and ovart size enlarged.. I tested for pcr urine of clamydia gonorrhea mycoplasma and others serology but they are negative and also vaginal swab culture negative.. I have urine prblm like cloudy urine but urine analysis culture has no growth.. What should i do next?

The diagnosis of PID is never by an ultrasound
Mid cycle at the time of a ovalution when you get an ultrasound done there would be free fluid suggestive of rupture not PID
The only treatment of pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy body mass index
