Pelvic Congestion syndrome
Is pelvic congestion syndrome will persist after oophorectomy and histrocmtomy ? I faced a lot of pelvic pain which is mostly in left side...And pain increase when I stand or move more.

Pelvic congestion should be due to some reason. If that reason still persists after the hysterectomy then the symptoms will also persist.

Hello . Pelvic congestion syndrome can cause chronic pelvic pain. But u being 35 years old , conservative treatment is first choice. Oophorectomy and hysterectomy is not recommended at all . You can try basic changes like avoid standing for prolong time. I would suggest to consult a gynae in person to rule out any pelvic infection. Pain confined to left side may be sometimes due to constipation, urinary infection or stone as well. Get evaluated properly.
