Pelvic and testicles swelling

Asked for Male, 5 Years

Hi Noticed recently, my 5 year old son sometimes develop swelling on one side of the pelvic which then goes off in some time. Also the testicals sometimes seems of different size. Is this normal. Please advise.

Difference in size of testicles is normal, but if there is unusual swelling in inguinal or scrotal region then it could be hernia.
