Peeing in every 5 mins,Gas and 100°fever

My daughter is 38 days old she is having 100℃fever and feeling gastric plus urinating in every 5 mins. We applied asefotida (hing) as well but no improvement. What is the reason for the fever,gas and frequent urination and what we can do so that my daughter may relax and sleep well.
