Hello there, Congratulations!! Motherhood is a greatest gift of God. Not to worry for this problem. Here is your treatment for quality and rich breast milk. 1) Tab Leptadin (Alarsin company)        4-4-4 with milk after food. 2) Shatavrex granules 2tablespoon ×3 times a day in glass of milk. Your food is also important like medicines. Infact proper food intake is medicine here. Take All green vegetables in semi-solid form with chapati or bhakri( jawar, bajra) For proteins- Tur, moong dal, milk products, seasonal fruits...etc. But have meals on time. If you are not taking your meals ontime your medicine will not work properly.. & Most important your baby's touch. keep the baby near you as much as you can.
Next Steps
Strictly follow good food habits and healthy lifestyle.
Health Tips
Enjoy your motherhood.
