Hi there
If u almost always ejaculate in less than 3 -4 minutes of penetration it can be said that u r ejaculating prematurely.
Solution??
1. Try using " long last" condoms freely available on Amazon n other online pharmacy websites... Put them on during foreplay itself when ur penis is erect.. these condoms contain benzocaine inside which will numb ur penis tip temporarily n help prolong sexual act.
2. Can pull out penis just before u have the urge to ejaculate n apply pressure on tip of penis ... This will cause the urge to go away.. n soon as the urge is gone.. continue the lovemaking!
These r time-tested n best solutions for u.

It's not an erectile dysfunction
And it's normal in all males to take time ( minimum 5-10 minutes) before second erection! Especially once u r no longer new to sexual act... To decrease the latent time by some minutes, try playing with ur partners body, foreplay , romantic talk, etc while u both wait for erection to come back... Ask her to run her fingers lovingly over ur erotic trigger zone ... It can be any body part.. varies from person to person ..
don't feel anxious or rushed to have second erection...
Tell urself an ur partner that ALL MALES take time to have second erection!!
