Pcos,weight gain,irregular period.

I am 24 years old,married.i lost my 1 St baby due to neonatal lupus( heartblock),I did labrotomy.after that my periods was irregular.i diagnosed pcos. 3 month later i met docter give me meprotet pill.. 4 thday of my period now.only light simple brown bleed .I going to plan for baby.but no regular cycle,that was very stressful for me.docter told me simple pcos u have do only excercise.i did but there is no change.help me
