Pcos trying for pregnancy

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am diagnosed with pcod. My periods are either 10 days early or 10 days late with brown bleeding. Period continues for more than 7 days with light bleeding. Is it possible for me to conceive naturally? I am very concerned about this. All my hormones test and thyroid test results were normal. I am 26 yrs old , 5 feet 4 inches tall and having weight of 69 kg.
