PCOS problem
I am 20 years old. I was diagnosed with PCOS 5 years ago. Before diagnosis I didnt get periods for 4 months approx .. after diagnosis due to exercise I started getting periods but the flow was very less.. and now I have stopped getting periods. What should I do? I am not getting a correct guidance and being a college student and staying outside I am not even able to manage my diet. I am gaining a weight very rapidly.. Plz help me

Hello. Most imp thing in pcod is diet modification and excercise to control weight. If you keep gaining weight then this problem will worson day by day. For period you can take medication . Go for 1 hour brisk walk and eat balanced food. Avoid fried and junk food
