Pcos,planning for kids.
I'm suffering with pcos and trying to get pregnant..yesterday I have done with some tests and here is the values FSH-3.67 miu/ml and LH-2.38 miu/ml Fasting insulin-24.3 uU/mL Fasting blood sugar-108 mg/dl DHEAS-56.5 ug/dl Testosterone-25.61 ntg/dl My previous test results in the month of October 2021 was Random blood sugar -109 mg/dl HbA1c-5.8% EAG-119.76 mg/dl..I started using glycomet sr-500mg once in a day..Can anyone please suggest what food to eat...pls clarify whether can I get the pregnant for sure while facing this problem?

Eat healthy foods, green leafy vegetables, fruits etc. Do exercises and yoga for atleast 5 days in a week. Start folic acid supplements. You can get pregnant with pcos. Consult the infertility doctor for further management if you are not able to get pregnant.
