PCOS/PCOD suffering from 8 mon
Hi I'm suffering periods issue from 8 months. My periods is irregular. Only single day periods coming. This is started from last 8 months ago. I'm gaining weight day by day now my weight is reached at 65 from 58. I'm suffering from hairfall issues too and my hair is also greying day by day. There is too much hair fall. I'm fatty day by day. Kindly do something suggest me what should I do. I have run some tests and I got the the cyst in my overy. Please help me..

They ultrasound does not mention pcos The diagnosis of pcos is by an ultrasound where ovarian volume is more than 10 cc You need to understand that pcos is something that you are born with it does not occur suddenly and the only treatment of pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy BMI you do not gain Weight in pcos it's the other way round once you gain weight the hormonal imbalance consequent to pcoS starts manifesting in your body The hair fall needs to be investigated have a good protein rich diet get your hemoglobin and thyroid levels checked
