Pcos Or hypothalamic amenorrhea?

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Give me progestin pills and after withdrawal period starts ocp.bt this time when I took progestin pills my period haven't come in 15 days. What should I do now? Is it bcoz of ocp or weight loss that my natural cycle stopped?.i have hirsutism and amenorrhea.
