Pcos and vit deficiency
I have diagnosed with pcos and After blood test, got to know that vitamin b12 and vitamin d is deficient. I'm taking medicines for this for past 2 months. once these vitamins reaches the sufficient level, will my perioda get regularize?

Hi. There is no connection between vitamin levels and regularisation of periods . Take the tab as advised . For periods regularisation you have to do Excercise for 30 min daily , loose wt if overwt, and may have to take OCP for 3 cycles .
