Pcos is caused due to hormonal imbalances and inflammation the aim is to reduce these with lifestyle interventions.
Diet rich in green leafy vegetables, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, fibre
Use TIL oil in cooking
Regular aerobic exercise 30 minutes a day
Regular sleep patterns
Reduce any stress with meditation
Sun exposure 20-30 minutes a day
Avoid alcohol smoking
Cycles will regularise if you maintain a good lifestyle
Hi. There is no connection between vitamin levels and regularisation of periods . Take the tab as advised . For periods regularisation you have to do Excercise for 30 min daily , loose wt if overwt, and may have to take OCP for 3 cycles .
