I am suffering from PCOS. Last 4-5 months, there is no flow during my periods. Only some brown threads-like are there. I am also having hypothyroidism. What are the reasons for no flow?

Decrease flow is associated with hypothyroidism mainly. You need to take medicine so that thyroid reports are normal. Then only menstrual cycles will be normal.
