Iam 29 years female and have pcos, my periods are irregular since 3 months. Me and my husband are not planning for a baby right now. Is there an early treatment for PCOS before getting pregnant as I don't want to face any complication when we are planning for a baby. Please suggest what kind of treatment should I undergo?

First line treatment is lifestyle modification, do regular exercise and eat healthy. If you are overweight try to lose some weight. Check your hormone status after 3 months and medicine can be started pre conceptional
