I have pcod and i have only one ovary can i get pregnant?Please tell me.. my follicular study on my 11 th day right ovary has small follicles..What is the problem...How to cure my pcod please tell me

Can get pregnant with one ovary.  But due to pcod your follicles are not growing.. Reduce ur weight and u need to take pills for growth of follicles..  Consult a gynaecologist
