You are just 18 yrs and wt is 75.. Concentrate on this you need wt reduction by almost 15 kg at lease and always maintain this.. Avoid junk food and drinks... Indulge yourself in exercise and physical activity... Stay healthy

Ovalife is a safe drug. You can continue for long time. But main treatment of PCOD is not medicines, but controlling weight. Your weight, seen here, is 75 kg, which must be reduced by diet and exercise. If weight becomes normal, you may not need any medicines at all.
