PCOD- Mood low when no periods and bloat
Hi , I have pcod but lifestyle changes helped me alot. Sometimes periods are irregular and bloated badly. I feel so low , zoned out and very different stress. But when periods occur I feel.active..huge change . Last month didn't get periods also had covid but didn't do exercise mich also.. Somebody told me to have My-inositol (I don't know if I should buy, prescription needed, what is it exactly how it works and till When I should be having it? A day dosage and till when, week or month or what ? Can Gyna specialists please help? I get cramps and muscle tensions too when no period , makes me feel so bad .If this medication helps and no side-effect and can be taken with lifestyle changes please tell me in replies so I can try. Don't want to have meprate etc lile before doctors used to give.

Hi you can take Myoinositol for 3 mths.Dont burden yourself from thought of not exercising enough. Do as minimum movements if possible
