PCOD, minimal free fluid in POD
I am 26 year old, ummaried, last LMP: 4 September 2024
I did my USG report says that:
BOTH OVARIES shows multiple small peripherally arranged follicles with central echogenic stroma s/o PCOS.
RIGHT OVARY is bulky in size and measures approx 26 × 26 × 21 mm, (7.9 cc in volume ).
LEFT OVARY normal in size measures approx 31 × 21 x 14 mm (5 cc in volume).
Minimal free fluid seen in POD.
What can be the reason of free fluid? What can be my treatment.
