I am unmarried and suffering from pcod..periods have always been on time..my hormones, sugar and thyroid levels are normal..bt ultrasound shows polycystic ovaries..my bMi is 19.5.. doctor prescribed APCOd sachets ..bt they are readily not available in the market...can u tel a substitute for it ?
