My rt ovary size is34*33*31mm with vol.of 14.5ml and left ovary size is 22*26*31mm with vol.of 9.27 ml,tubal mass is seen and multiple follicles are seen in both ovaries,is it a major problem or normal?plz tell me.......

U seem to have polycystic ovaries. Its a hormonal disturbance which may cause irregular cycles and sometimes difficulty in getting pregnant. Pls seek medical attention. Regarding tubal mass, it can be a swelling of tubes due to infection
