Pcod- irregular periods
I have not had my periods for the last 10 months. Currently I am on a diet and following various lifestyle changes like- yoga and workout 1 hour every day. My weight is 76 and my height is 157. My all lab reports - diabetes, thyroid other normal( T4-13.6 ) vitamin d deficiency - (10 is my current) minimum is 20 . Insulin normal I do have pcod also In 2017 I was on allopathy treatment for 6 months periods were coming only after medicine. Then after I stopped medicine and my periods were coming after 4-6-8 months. Then in 2019 again on allopathy. just regular periods by medicines only. Then in 2020-21 took.homeopathy didn't got periods every month just between 2-3-4 months. My concern is is it normal to skip.periofs. For 10 months startight ? And can it be cured by the diet and lifestyle changes?

The treatment of PCOS is expensive, time consuming and may not be successful.
