PCOD- HighProlactinLevel
I am suffering from PCOD from the past few years. I had my tests done recently. Prolactin level is 74.15 ng/mL. I woke up around 7:40 on the second day of my periods and gave blood sample around 8:05. It seems we need to give blood sample after 3-4 hours of waking up as prolactin levels for this are highest in the morning. Is it the reason for higher levels or I should start treatment for this?..I am currently given Normoz. Before that, I was having Ginette 35.

Prolactin levels can be given 10 hours fasting enough ! Your levels not alarming. You need tablets and you should be fine
