Hello,
I am a 28 years old female with a weight of 46.4 kgs. I have been having 30 to 40 days cycle length since past three years. I also experience pain in my lower abdomen. I have acne as well as noticed increased facial hairs recently. My hair are falling at a great rate and whole of my body seems to be extremely dry. I suffered three uti in last year.
I got tested for sugar, testosterone, tsh and prolactin. All levels came out normal. But, my pelvic usg revealed cysts on both ovaries, both ovaries being described as bulky with volumes 7.5 cc and 51cc for right and left ovaries respectively.
Kindly suggest me what should be the cause of enlarged ovaries as my hormone levels are normal.
