I have pcod and thyroid too.. my period gaps 3-4 months.. I am doing excercise for weight loss as many dr. Said.. but my periods still not coming what should I do..

Hello...its very common to have irregular periods  because of PCOD...but you should not be worrying if you get periods on your own without medicines even in 3 months or 4_6 times in a year as long as you are unmarried and you don't have to worry for pregnancy....as it may be normal for some....but if you are overweight continue your exercise routine. ..

Follow PCOD diet Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily Take milk with turmeric at night Reduce oil Increase onions and garlic and tomatoes Avoid fast food Take fish and egg Avoid non-veg Take methi (fenugreek) seeds 1 spoon soaked overnight in morning Brisk walking three times a week for 20 minutes
