I am having pcod, acne and irregular periods since 6 years( i am 23 )..I have nearly 12 follicular cysts in both my ovaries..I have never had cramps before my periods but since last two days i am experiencing pain in lower abdomen and near ovaries on both sides 2 weeks before my due date..what should i do..can this be ovarian cancer? My weight is 57 kgs and height is 5`5.. I get about 9 to 10 periods in a year without any medications
