You need proper care under supervision of a uveitis specialist. Sympathetic ophthalmia is a blinding condition if not attended properly. It can occur late in life (as late as 65 years reported) if your eye was traumatized during birth or early childhood. Without a traumatic or surgical insult sympathetic ophthalmia is unheard of.

Hello I think you are talking about sympathetic ophthalmia Treatment is steroid Having said that, sympathetic ophthalmic develops if one eye is injured by sharp object but in your case, your eye is blind from birth and there us no history of trauma then diagnosis of sympathetic ophthalmic is questionable Regards
